WIP: Sci Fi Brutalist Building modular kit

I'm currently working on this but wanted to showcase what I had so far. I think I have all the pieces, I just need to retopo and refine the textures in Substance to make them a little bit more down-to-earth. Even pristine sci fi architecture has a little weathering.
